I practice primarily as a solicitor and have worked with a wide range of different clients. I have experience in numerous legal matters including corporate commercial, employment, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions. I pride myself on finding cost effective and rational results for my clients that include individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations.
I was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2003 and worked at Hobbs & Leigh prior to establishing my own firm, Ghani Lupton. After growing Ghani Lupton, I elected to move my practice to BTM Lawyers in 2012.
Community Involvement, Hobbies, and Personal Interests
I believe in a strong community. I serve on the board of directors of North Vancouver FC, a club dedicated to providing guidance and athletic opportunities to over 4000 boys and I am an active volunteer with schools in the Conseil scolaire francophone de la Columbie-Britannique, British Columbia’s French language school board.
I was raised and now live in North Vancouver where my wife and I are attempting, successfully at times, to raise two young sons. When fit, I enjoy running, cycling, nordic skiing, and adventure racing, although I am currently content with playing mediocre soccer and the occasional visit to a gym.
