COVID-19: Issues in Construction
work-sites with more than 50 people

You may be wondering how the prohibition on gatherings of more than 50 people affects your construction site.

The Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) has confirmed that the ban on gatherings of more than 50 people does not currently extend to construction sites. Construction sites remain open with additional health and safety precautions in place. Please click on link below for additional information.

On March 22, 2020, the government released additional requirements for management of Covid-19 on construction sites. Those requirements, as reported by VRCA, can be viewed here:
