“My primary focus is on corporate and commercial law, secured lending, real estate and mergers and acquisitions. I assist clients with incorporation, purchase and sale of businesses, and drafting corporate documents. I also advise clients on estate planning matters. Before moving to BC, I studied Business Administration at the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. I obtained my Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria Law School. Prior to joining BTM, I worked at the British Columbia Securities Commission, Hunter Litigation Chambers and Manulife Financial in Vancouver. I live in Maple Ridge and I am excited to serve the local business community. I am fluent in Russian.”

Community Involvement, Hobbies, and Personal Interests

Currently, I volunteer at the Immigration Services Society of BC in Maple Ridge. I provide guidance and mentorship to newcomers to Canada. Outside of law, I am actively involved in the local equestrian community. I volunteered at the North Fraser Therapeutic Riding Association in Maple Ridge. In my spare time, I compete in dressage and three-day events with my horse Skylar.
