I am a past board member of the Access Youth Services Society. Through our law firm, I support a variety of community organizations such as the Eagle Ridge Hospital Foundation, the Coquitlam Express, the Port Moody Library Foundation, and a number of local schools and organizations.
“My work is focused primarily on business disputes, estate litigation, and personal injury law. I have experience in a wide range of business disputes including shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, and civil fraud. In my estate litigation work I represent executors, beneficiaries, and people who have been wrongly deprived of their inheritance. In my personal injury practice I act exclusively for injured people. Although I never work for insurance companies, I started my career at a large international law firm where I worked for ICBC and other insurers. That experience provided me with valuable insight into how insurance companies assess and defend claims, and how to maximize compensation for my clients. In all of my areas of practice I consider the goals and unique circumstances of each client, and take a practical, results-oriented approach to develop a clear strategy, and achieve the best possible outcome.”
