“My primary focus is on family law which allows me to dedicate my practice to assisting clients in resolving their family disputes in a way that works for them. My practice is client centric and covers the full range of family law services including adoption, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements, as well as litigation regarding joint family property, guardianship, allocation of parenting responsibilities and spousal support. I am also a fully accredited family mediator which enables me to assist clients in resolving their disputes amicably outside of court with little cost financially and emotionally. I represent clients in both Provincial Court and Supreme Court and in mediations and other means of out of court settlement. Prior to joining BTM, I practiced at a large firm in Surrey gaining valuable experience with a focus on family law litigation.”
