“I maintain a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on a wide variety of estate disputes, employment law, and personal injury. I work closely with my clients to understand their goals and develop a practical, results-focused approach to resolve their dispute in or out of court.

In my estates practice, I assist beneficiaries and executors with disputes concerning the timely and proper administration of estates. I also work with those who have been disinherited and with challenges to invalid Wills. Additionally, I work with the families of those who have become incapacitated to obtain committeeship. As an employment lawyer, I work with employers and employees to resolve disputes around termination, including wrongful dismissal and human rights claims.

I understand that being involved in a legal dispute can be incredibly stressful for my clients and their families. My goal is to provide support and effective advice throughout the entire process, through to a favourable and efficient resolution.”
