I grew up in Port Moody and am thrilled to be pursuing my legal career in my hometown. Prior to becoming a lawyer, I worked locally as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and ice cream scooper. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, camping, and snowboarding. I love the outdoors and being involved in my community.
“I practice primarily in the areas of family law and estate law, which can be complex and emotionally-charged. As a family lawyer, I represent clients in divorces and provide advice with respect to child support, spousal support, property division, and parenting issues. As an estate lawyer, I assist clients with court applications related to death and incapacity, including probate applications, committeeship applications, and potential challenges to Wills.
I frequently appear on behalf of my clients in Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and mediations. I enjoy negotiating and drafting contracts, including Separation Agreements and Cohabitation Agreements. I take great pride in helping people to understand and enforce their rights in a reasonable and cost-effective manner.”
