“I am a member of the BTM litigation team and maintain a practice focusing on commercial and construction dispute resolution. I also have significant experience litigating insurance claims and have successfully defended and enforced real property charges, including easements and restrictive covenants.
I started my career as a Crown Prosecutor for the Government of Alberta. I have also worked for top tier national law firms in the area of white collar crime.
I have developed a reputation as a strong advocate and trial lawyer. I am frequently called upon by my clients to advise on construction and development projects in the lower mainland. I have successfully led trials at the at the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.”
I live in Coquitlam with my wife and two young daughters. I am a proud alumni of Port Moody Secondary School, Douglas College, and Simon Fraser University.
Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am also a member of the Board of Directors for the Coquitlam Foundation, a local nonprofit organization.
