I have acted for a wide variety of different businesses, big and small, from multi-million dollar enterprises to small single owner retail stores. Each of these business owners has distinct needs for structure and planning, and I can readily assist with any of establishing and maintaining a company, corporate restructuring, wills and estate planning, probate, registering trademarks in Canada and the USA, and many others.”

Community Involvement, Hobbies, and Personal Interests

I grew up in Edmonton and obtained my Bachelor of Laws at the University of Alberta. I later moved west and practiced in the Okanagan for several years before joining BTM Lawyers LLP as an associate in 2013. I live in the Tri-Cities and am actively involved in the community.

In my spare time I enjoy photography, golf, camping, and travel.

Advise and assist businesses on corporate reorganizations including section 51, section 85, and section 86 transfers, estate freezes, amalgamations, and dissolutions
Advise individuals, corporations and trusts on tax planning
Advise and assist clients with the purchase and sale of businesses including asset and share deals
Advise and assist clients with real estate matters including conveyancing, financing, and leasing
