“I am a litigation lawyer who primarily practices in the areas of family law and estate disputes. For family law matters, I provide advice on issues arising from a divorce or separation including guardianship, parenting time and arrangements, child support, spousal support, and property division. On estate disputes, I advise clients on issues that can arise upon the death of a loved one including claims related to testamentary capacity, undue influence, and wills variation. I take pride in providing a calm and calculated approach to each case. I aim to assist clients in resolving their disputes in a cost-effective and timely matter. I work hard to enforce client’s rights whether through negotiated agreements, mediations, or in court. I am experienced appearing on behalf of clients before both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.”
